The BcfRowView identifier
Remarks
The BcfRowView-identifier is unique in the BcfViewManagers default view for the BcfTable. A non-virtual-BcfRowView has the same BcfRowView-identifier as its BcfRow.RowId. Virtual BcfRowViews have identifiers between 0 and MaxValue.
