Extension Methods

	GetValueT	Gets Value preserving boxing. The method does not support type conversions. You can read Int32 from int?-cells as long Value is not null; String from IComparable-cells as long there are strings; you CAN NOT read Int32 from Byte or any other thing that requires explicit or implicit conversions. 	SetValueT	Sets Value without boxing and bypasses the Converter. The method does not support type conversions. You can set Int32 on int?-cells; String on IComparable-cells; but you CAN NOT set Byte on an Int32-cell or any other thing that requires explicit or implicit conversions.
